Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: My shipping costs within the United States are a flat-rate $3.50 shipping charge. Most International destinations are a flat-rate $10.00 charge by USPS Airmail with the exception of Canada which is $5.00. If your country is not listed, please email me at shelly@shellysvintagemusic.com and I will add your destination cost to the database.
Q. Why should I create an account instead of buying anonymously?
A. I will be running specials such as free shipping, etc. from time to time that will only be open to registered customers. The only information that is retained in my database will be your name, address and email address. Since the only credit card processor I use is Paypal, I do not have access to your credit card numbers. Also, please be aware that if you checkout anonymously, the only record of your order that is kept in my database is the invoice so please write down your invoice # in case you have questions.
